Kevin’s practice includes consulting with companies on U.S. international tax issues, including financing, acquisition & divestiture planning, and corporate structuring. Kevin has also been the lead U.S. tax advisor on hundreds of M&A transactions (large, small and in-between). Transactions included initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, private placements, and strategic and private equity buyouts.
Kevin has in past been a partner and leader in the International Tax and M&A Tax groups of Big Four accounting firms and an award-winning regional accounting firm.
Jinsook has over 15 years of experience advising on tax matters for clients of national and regional public accounting firms and as a tax director of a publicly traded company.
She has deep knowledge in corporate tax matters, including domestic and international tax compliance and tax provisions. She specializes in tax and business advisory services where she has worked with companies in technology, manufacturing, services and investment funds.
